Hi, I am Nomfundo Amanda Zondi aka Naz and I am a registered dietitian by profession and a baker by calling.  I am from a town called Pietermaritzburg in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa but I have recently relocated to Pretoria in Gauteng.  I have loved baking since I was a teen and have wanted for so long to put my passion into something others can enjoy too which is why I have started this blog.  I have a whole bucket list of things I want to bake and this blog will document just that along as other adventures I will encounter on this journey called life.  So stay tuned, it is great to have you!
